Twin Geckos Technology Services LLC (“Twin Geckos,” “we,” “us”) operates twingeckos.com. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
Information you send us. If you fill in our contact form, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, budget range, timeline and message you enter. If you email us directly, we receive whatever that email contains.
Site chat assistant. If you use the chat widget, the messages you type are sent to our server and passed to a third-party AI provider so a reply can be generated. Do not enter passwords, account numbers, health information or other sensitive details into the chat. Use the contact form or email if you need to share something confidential.
Server logs. Our web host records standard request logs, including IP address, browser user-agent, requested page and timestamp. These are generated by the hosting platform and used for security and troubleshooting.
The chat widget stores a single flag in your browser’s session storage so the window does not re-open on every page. It is cleared when you close the tab and contains no personal information.
Solely to respond to you, to provide services you ask us for, and to keep records of our own business communications. Where we use service providers to do this — our web host, our email provider and the AI provider behind the chat assistant — they process the information on our behalf and under their own terms.
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are kept as ordinary business records for as long as they are useful, and no longer than seven years. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Write to info@twingeckos.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. You do not need to be an Arizona resident to ask, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
The site is served over HTTPS and the contact form is protected against automated submissions. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
